PC Tech Solution was founded in 2020, by Fred Silvera to provide door to door excellent reliable residential technical support services for individuals, who encounter technical issues with their PC, Printer, Wifi Set-up, iPad, Tablet or in need of IT support.
Fred Silvera has about 22 years Technical support experience since 2003 worked for fortune 500 companies like Verizon Wireless as Lead technician, Bright House now called Spectrum as IT Lead then a Supervisor and Citibank as IT Field Technician.
We provide remote technical support or onsite support to obtain a prompt resolution and our prices are affordable. We’re mindful how counterproductive and frustrating it could be to have your computer inoperable or the computer operating at a very slow performance. Our Technicians are courteous, professional and certified with 12 years or more Technical support /IT experience.
