PC Tech Solutions was founded in 2020 by Fred Silvera as DBA and later registered as a LLC in 2025. To provide a door to door excellent, reliable and affordable residential technical support services for individuals or the technically challenge, who encounters technical issues with their PC, Printer, Wifi Set-up, iPad, Tablet or in need of IT support. >We're listed in the Better Business Bureau website as accredited business with A plus rating, A company you could trust with your technical support servicing needs.
Fred Silvera has about 23 years Technical support experience since 2003, worked for fortune 500 companies like Verizon Wireless as Lead technician then supervisor, Bright House now called Spectrum as a Technical Support Lead and Citibank as IT Field Technician.
We provide onsite services, remote technical support and also IT services to businesses via our affiliate IT company. Our intentions is to provide a prompt resolution and minimized your down time. We’re mindful how counterproductive and frustrating it could be to have your computer inoperable or the computer operating at a very slow performance. Our Technicians are courteous, professional and certified with 12 years or more Technical support /IT experience.
For your convenience, we offer a range of essential services including PC training and home security camera installations, making us a one-stop shop for all your home and business computing needs.
