2. Services Offered

PC Tech Solutions LLC provides IT services including but not limited to computer repair, diagnostics, network setup, data recovery, remote tech support, and device optimization. All services are provided based on the agreed-upon scope at the time of scheduling or purchase.

3. Appointments and Service Calls

• Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

• Cancellation made for same day booking with  less 3 hours notice from appointment time or less than 24 hours notice from appointment time will  incur $25 fee.

• If the person does not show up to the scheduled appointment, they will forfeit their payment.

4. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

• All fees are non-refundable once a service has been rendered.

5. Device Handling and Liability

• PC Tech Solutions LLC is not responsible for data loss, hardware failure, or further damage that may occur during diagnostics or repair unless caused by proven negligence.

• Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting a device for service.

• Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after service completion may be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Refrain from using our services for unlawful or malicious purposes.

7. Warranty and Limitations

• Service warranties, if any, will be explicitly stated on the invoice or service agreement.

• Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, physical damage, software issues, or third-party interference.

• PC Tech Solutions LLC does not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our website and in our materials is owned by or licensed to PC Tech Solutions LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PC Tech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business.
