Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At PC Tech Solutions, we value our clients' time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation made for same day booking with  less 3 hours notice from appointment time or less than 24 hours notice from appointment time will  incur $25 fee. Cancellations can be made by contacting us via phone, email, or our online booking system. Failure not to show up for an appointment within the same day booking without a 3 hour advance notice of booking time or more than 1 day booking time without 24 hours advance notice, the person will forfeit or loss their payment.
